Her knowledge of the physical body and energetic body gives her a way of guiding practice that resonates on multiple levels. Her classes and retreats are also practical and I have many takeaways for every day life.
I have worked with Nariyah 1-1, in group classes, been a student at her retreats both in Spain and Thailand and been blessed with her Reiki healing. In whatever way you have a chance to practice with her, I highly recommend that you do- it will be a blessing"
